Tomaz is chief technology officer and cofounder of Gencove, an end-to-end software platform for transforming genomic data into insights.

Prior to Gencove, he was a data scientist at the New York Genome Center. He completed his postdoc at Institut national de la recherche scientifique in Montreal and his PhD at the University of Zagreb.
